4. Transfer current David’s subscribers to a Single selling channel
Part 4 in the series is for David who is a print magazine publisher. A year ago he has applied for iOS newsstand. But his iOS app requires updating every single time a new publication is live. And since iOS updates may have delay of up to ten days he has never been on time with his iOS publication compared to the print magazine. He hasn’t applied for Android or Amazon as he barely keeps up with iOS. He had to hire additional help just for iOS updates. He is not happy, subscribers for iOS are not happy and it reflects on revenue. Plus every single time he needs to pay his current provider for iOS updates.

David, I feel for you. I completely understand your position and why you don’t want to apply for Android store with your current provider. Our Pro plan for would suit you. All we have to do is make sure that your current subscribers on iOS are exported and imported into our Newsstand. Once we do this, they have access to same publications but on all devices, regardless where a transaction has been made.

- Create archive publications for your current iOS subscribers, they should have access to the same publications as with current iOS newsstand
- Publish apps on Apple and Google play. For iOS you may replace current iOS app with our version
- Start promoting Newsstand
- Customers buy once, read on iOS, Android and web
- You may start building archive for previous year. Remember, you have unlimited publications option.
